The company was founded in 1972 by Charles Aeschbach, a trained confectioner and former Suchard consultant. In 2012, the headquarters were moved and an energy-efficient new building was built in Root-Lucerne, which is ideally located for transport, where the company headquarters are still located today. It includes modern office, manufacturing and event facilities, a ChocoCafé, a ChocoShop and the unique, interactive exhibition ChocoWorld.
